One of Michelle’s most notable achievements is her role as the founder and Managing Director of GAIA natural baby skincare.

In 2002, she embarked on an incredible journey, starting the brand from scratch and nurturing GAIA into a successful start-up, overseeing its growth and eventual expansion into a well-established, iconic Australian brand, then selling GAIA in 2019.

Michelle now works with business owners in the area of strategy, tactics, planning and how to create solid business foundations, so they can build the life they want, both professionally and personally.
